Steve Laughman, Centennial Baptist Association, Georgia, shares his appreciation of the Southern Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders and encourages others to come join us. Recorded in June 2023 at SBCAL's New Orleans Annual Conference.

WELCOME! Thank you for visiting our website.  The Southern Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders (SBCAL) has a rich history. Our organization has been serving, networking, and equipping Associational Leaders since 1960. We have a long-standing relationship with the SBC, its agencies, institutions, and associations.  The SBCAL is recognized as the foremost networking, fellowship, and equipping organization for the 1,100 Southern Baptist associations across North America.

At our 2022 Annual Conference in Anaheim, CA, Associational Mission Strategists (AMSs) from around the country unanimously approved a Vision Script describing who we are and where we are going as a network of associational leaders. I hope you will take time to read it here.

If you serve in associational leadership full-time, bi-vocationally, or as a volunteer, we want to help you and your association to be more effective and fruitful. We are here to equip, encourage, network and thereby help you grow and excel in assisting your pastors and churches in advancing the Gospel.
