​WELCOME! Thank you for visiting our website.  The Southern Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders (SBCAL) has a rich history. Our organization has been serving, networking, and equipping Associational Leaders since 1960. We have a long-standing relationship with the SBC, its agencies, institutions, and associations.  The SBCAL is recognized as the foremost networking, fellowship, and equipping organization for the over 1,000 Southern Baptist associations across North America.

If you serve in associational leadership full-time, bi-vocationally, or as a volunteer, we want to help you and your association to be even more effective and fruitful. 

SBCAL exists to strengthen associational leaders to optimize kingdom impact. 

Our priorities are Leadership Development, Associational Advocacy, Development Pathways, and Succession Planning. 

We are here to equip, encourage, network associational leaders like you to grow and excel in assisting your pastors and churches in advancing the Gospel.
