About this Event
The Southern Baptist Conference of Associational Leaders (SBCAL) has a long-standing relationship with the SBC, its agencies, institutions, and associations. Founded in 1960 by Associational Leaders for Associational Leaders, SBCAL is an autonomous, nonprofit corporation. It is recognized as the foremost networking, fellowship, and equipping organization for the over 1,000 Southern Baptist associations across North America. The SBCAL sponsors an Annual Conference a couple of days prior to the Annual Meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) each year in the city where the SBC is meeting.
The mission of SBCAL is to strengthen associational leaders to optimize kingdom impact. We do so through conferences, cohorts, coaching, and consulting. Our priorities are Leadership Development, Associational Advocacy, Development Pathways, and Succession Planning.
