All sleeping room blocks are under contract by the SBC Executive Committee this year, so we encourage you to book directly through them at the link below.  We recommend staying at the following hotels, if available, that are at/near the locations of the SBCAL Annual Conference (JW Marriott) and the SBC Annual Meeting (Indiana Convention Center).

We are sorry for the difficulty many are having in getting hotel rooms in Indianapolis.  SBCAL diligently tried to contract a block of hotel rooms for AMSs but was unable to do so this year.  The SBC Convention Manager assures us that if you join the SBC waitlist that you will get a hotel room.  She instructs to type your preferred hotels in the Comments section.  It is key to accept the first hotel offered to you.  If this hotel is not one of your preferred hotels, still accept it because doing so will keep you in the queue for when one of your preferred hotels become available.  She says there is a good likelihood your reservation will be moved to one of your preferred hotels but you will need to be patient because this could take several months.  Remember, there is no obligation and you may cancel your room reservation at no charge before May.
